The Ballroom features natural light at the northern end, dual drop down screens and ceiling mounted data projectors facing east. The Ballroom can be divided into three individual function rooms should a smaller room or additional breakout rooms be required. Our ballroom has a maximum capacity of 350 theatre style, 400 for a cocktail party or 220 for a sit-down dinner.
We offer two meeting rooms which are great for smaller groups as they provide an intimate setting. Situated next to the ballroom they provide the perfect setting for breakout sessions. These rooms can be joined to create a space seating 50 delegates theatre style. Individually room one and two seat 18 respectively.
Our Executive Boardroom has natural lighting features a wall mounted plasma screen and direct access on to the pool-view terrace. This room is ideal for business meetings of 14 delegates or less.
This area can be accessed via a lift or grand staircase from the lobby and has direct access to all function spaces. With modern lounges and stylish décor, the Pre-Function Lobby is suitable for breakouts, trade displays and cocktail functions.
Our terrace overlooks the hotel pool. Providing a relaxed environment with weather protection for your delegates, this venue still provides beautiful pool views making it a great setting for conference breaks and lunches.
This undercover area can also be utilized as the wet weather backup for functions booked on the Garden Terrace.
Our outdoor Garden Terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests cocktail style with luxurious settings complemented by modern chic decking overlooking our relaxing lagoon pool. The venue is ideal for an outdoor lunch, dinner, cocktail event or wedding ceremony, alternatively can be used as a breakout space for conferencing or team building activities.
Located on the ground level within Fables Restaurant, with French doors, natural light and a private outdoor terrace. The Private Dining Room features blackout curtains and a wall mounted plasma screen. This function room is suitable for small meetings, conference breakout space, stylish intimate dinners, lunches and weddings.
